Ni-plated fry Basket

Plated wire baskets and racks are widely used in commercial kitchens (mostly fast-food restaurants), and home appliances (refrigerator, oven, etc.).

The fabrication process includes descaling, straightening, chambering, bending, welding, leveling, etc. Then goes into plating (Ni-Ni, Ni-Cr, Cu-Ni, etc.) and handle dipping, then full inspection is carried out before the product is packed and shipped.
