Usually, Φ2.5-5.5 mm steel wire (before coating) is used, the fabrication process includes descaling, straightening, chambering, bending, welding, leveling, etc. Then goes into Nylon coating with a thickness of around 0.3-0.4 mm. After coating, the plastic cap is assembled and a full inspection is carried out before the product is packed and shipped.

The product is usually customized according to the customer's drawing. Flexible in different wire diameters, wire shapes, coating powder (PA, PP), and powder color.
